Life was chaotic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All three sisters had dreams of working in the medical field but didn\u2019t know where to start. Their mom had been a CNA and so had their older sister and all of their aunts.<\/p>\n<p>So Ashley and Courtney cheered for Brittney when she was accepted into Climb\u2019s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training in Casper. After watching her experience, Courtney applied and got into Casper\u2019s next available CNA program, and Ashley followed right behind.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201cClimb helped us get to the first step in what we knew we wanted to do. I see it with my sisters that it helped all of us grow, become more independent, stronger and braver.&#8221;<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p>One after another, the three sisters graduated from Climb, successfully earned their CNA licenses, and now share a new career and something else, too\u2014the same employer. They all work at Casper\u2019s Edgewood Senior Living.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cClimb helped us get to the first step in what we knew we wanted to do,\u201d Ashley says. \u201cI see it with my sisters that it helped all of us grow, become more independent, stronger and braver. It was definitely a need for us. When we all became mothers, we thought we were going to have two-parent families, but life doesn\u2019t give you everything you want.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Life has changed a lot for all three sisters. \u201cMe and my daughter are in a whole different place,\u201d Courtney says. \u201cI know that my bills are going to get paid and my daughter will be taken care of. We\u2019re saving for a house and my daughter has a bed frame and doesn\u2019t have to sleep on a mattress on the floor. Before I was just saying \u2018no\u2019 to her all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At work, Courtney says it\u2019s easy for the three siblings to be professional together, but they also have a lot of laughs. \u201cThe elderly don\u2019t want to be treated differently, they just want to feel like a person.
