The training included hands-on instruction, clinical hours, and medical certifications to get them ready for employment in medical clinics, home health, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">With a shortage of CNAs in the community, Climb\u2019s recent Sweetwater Area graduates are filling important gaps in the workforce, with some participants looking to advance into becoming nurses, EMTs, or ultrasound techs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"color-orange\"><strong>EMPLOYER PARTNERS <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<b><\/b>Cowboy Cares<br \/>\nDeer Trail Assisted Living<br \/>\nJohn Bunning Transfer<br \/>\nMission at Castle Rock<br \/>\nSage View Care Center<br \/>\nSweetwater County School District #1<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8260 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/climbwyoming.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/flower.svg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>\n<h5 class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"color-gold\">According to AARP, two-thirds of Wyoming nursing homes are understaffed, the second-highest rate in the nation. Climb\u2019s staff supported this group with connections to critical resources to begin building stability for their families during the program.
